Assessment Auditing

So often English Learning Areas spend a significant amount of time focusing on text lists and building new resources for new texts but less time on how they are assessing the skills of English and providing feedback which students can use throughout each unit and into subsequent years. This session takes an interactive and constructive approach to auditing established assessment pieces and practical ways teachers can update and improve their assessment processes.

 

This workshop can be undertaken in multiple sessions where assessment tasks are audited, reviewed and ultimately linked back to the curriculum.

 

This session is often best used once the curriculum has been audited either by the school independently or through workshops such as Curriculum Writing.
